Install batch files remotely to client computers

Does anyone know of any tool that will assist me in installing batch files on client computers. For example I need to run a registry file that would edit the registry. But when you run the file it asks you whether you want to make the registry change and I need to click "ok".

So will any tool allow me to run such a file from my own computer even though there is some user intervention required?
