Install 4.1 as W2k Service

Hi,
I've got apache Tomcat version 4.1.18-LE-jdk14 that came bundled with Autosys as the http server for the web interface.
It all installs and runs OK, but it doesn't install Tomcat as a service - which I need it to do in order to get a different product to recognise it correctly.
How do I go about installing Tomcat as a service?
