Install 11.5 sp3 in french

When i try install or update my server it'a always a english installation. Nevertheless, the os is french, the regionnal setting is the french canada and the old version of the bab 11.5 is french.

So i don't understand. In the pass, (version 10.x to 11.1, i think) we haved the same problem. I haved setuped and burn custom installation but it's seem little bit crazy , i have do this every time i have a update to do.

Maybe someaone have response for me.

Perhaps you got the wrong version of SP3. This is the version that contains French.
