Here is the problem I have:

Jack makes a call to Nancy, Nancy doesn't answer so coverage path kicks in and sends call to voicemail. The problem is it sends it to Jack's mailbox.

This happens at any phone you make a call from, but only at Nancy's extension.

Can anyone help?

Fire Nancy and remove the extension....all done. Half joking if you where to remove the extension and put it back in does it do the samething? Wisdom is Knowledge

Thanks All Phoneman2

Thanks for the response phoneman2. We figured out that the class of service had been changed and the settings were different, so I didn't get a chance to try out your suggestion. I just started so I didn't know it was different before. Now I have to figure out how the cos got changed. I know it wasn't one of the two of us in the office who know how to use the switch. Is there any kind of report that would tell me when the change was made, or from where? Again, thanks for the response, I really appreciate it.

You can use the command "list history" for seeing when a change on the configuration has made and which kind of change.
In this way you can also see if the change has made by local or remote administrator.

Hope this helps

Great chance the problem is in Nancy's coverage path, not in her COS or COR. Could you CTRL-V a screendump of her coverage path up here? The coverage path should route to the hunt-group for Audix (eg: h99). Kind Regards,
