inserting windows bootloader into mbr 1

I am 'unmarrying' my Win2k/Fedora Core 2(linux) PC, which I am currently using GRUB as the bootloader. I need to know how to remove Grub from the MBR and how to define the Windows bootloader in the MBR? Is it just as simple as fdisk /MBR? Or is it more complicated? If more complicated please provide the steps. Thanks in advance.
