Inserting digit into ARS 1

Cox allows dialing long distance without dialing ( 1 ) first.

However when dialing a toll free number a ( 1 ) must be dialed. So strange.

This is confusing users and I get complaints all the time. I tried to set up the ARS to allow dialing a toll free number 8xx-xxx-xcxxx and insert a ( 1 ) before sending the call to the CO but I can't get it to work. Can you help with the solution for the ARS please? Thank you

good start but there are are codes that start with 8 so you will need to specify them
888xxxxxxx/Dial/1888N
877xxxxxxx/Dial/1877N
866xxxxxxx/Dial/1866N

and so on for all the toll free options that are available
