Inserting Calendar questions

I have an extension that creates a editable calendar for a website. What I want to do is create a "Community Calendar" for one of our hospital's pages, but it has to be something that they can edit from there.(We have 12 facilities, so the updating would have to be done by each facility)...I want only the calender to be accessible to them for editing....and they don't have DW....any ideas on how to do this?

WHy not create a web page for them to edit. Just like you would make an update page for any table.

It can be password or access level protected. Not knowing the app, they could select the date they want to edit and voila, it pops into a bunch of text fields to edit and then submit.

Shouldn't be too hard.
