Using Crystal Reports 8, is it possible to include a text obect into a group?

Yes.

Now post technical information and explain what you're trying to do, because a text object is just a label in which you can type or insert fields/formulas.

And just in case, you can'tuse a text object as a group, if that's what you meant, as a text object isn't data.

You can use formulas as a group though.
