Insert wave file into messageboard 1

It usually depends on the message board.
Some VB boards use something like [embed src="YOURFILENAMEHERE.wav" autostart="true"] or something like that.
Here's something I found by Googling "Embed Source"
<EMBED src="yourfile.mid" autostart="true" hidden="false" loop="false">
<noembed><bgsound src="yourfile.mid" loop="1"></noembed>
Different boards have different commands, most of them are disabled if you're lucky, else it's the most annoying thing ever to read the board.
