Insert Shortcut into meeting request

Hello,

one of my users has the following problem:

He wants to organize a meeting and send a shortcut to the Agenda along with the meeting request. So if he inserts the shortcut and the invited users are trying to open it, first they will get a virus warning and if the click ok they are able to save the shortcut on there harddisk.

Is there a possiblity to insert the shortcut in that way that the file will be opened immediately?
