Insert Shading in Crosstab with only one Row

Using CR XI with SQL through ODBC

I have four different crosstabs with various summaries but they all have the same row and there is no column.

Is it possible to force shading on every other line even though the row is technically the same field?

Row = Arrival Date grouped on year
Summary = Total Room Nights (sum of blockrooms), Average Room Nights (avg of blockrooms), etc

Ex 1

Year Total Room Nights Avg Room Ngt
2005 12,000 120
2006 12,005 100
2007 20,000 150
2008 12,500 200
2009 15,000 130
2010 25,000 300
2011 10,000 500

I need 2006, 2008, and 2010 to have shading even though they all relate back to the arrival date. Is this possible?
