I'm making a 150 page manual and everything was going fine until I today wanted to insert one page in the middle of the manual (Page-Insert-1 pages-after page 103). This makes the text disappear on a couple of pages further down the manual and I cant figure out why. I'm using 4.1 on a Mac.
Excuse me if it's a simple one but I have searched and tried everything without luck.
