Hello,

Just came on as a Senior AD Architect for a Cisco Gold partner who has
decided to increase their Microsoft space by targeting small-medium sized
customers who are looking for assitance in migrations from NT 4.0/Exchange
5.5 to Windows 2000/2003 and Exchange 2003. In 24 hours, I need to come up
with a powerpoint slide to present to the company sales forcer (per the
request of the CTO) outlining how they should target selling AD. These guys
have limited knowledge of AD/Exchange as their main focus is on the
infrastructure side (Cisco). Can anyone point me to some good information
to help me out in putting this together?

I should add that this company is a big a Voice/IP shop with Cisco Call
Manager/Unity products..??

Any thoughts?

Well, if it helps, CCM has to run on Win2k, and some of the add-ons require Exchange. Does that help? :)

Seriously, go to the MS site, and navigate to the section for 2k2 server and Exchange. You'll find no shortage of white papers and other marketing gobbledy-gook that your sales pukes will LOVE!
