Initialize Mailbox Remotely 1

Hello all! Can newly created voicemail boxes be initialized remotely on a NAM?

Yes, but you have to enable the remote initialization from the voicemail.

Once you auto attendant answers.
PRESS **mailbox number and 0000, then press# EX:2210000#
This will prompt you to create a new password and record your name in the company directory which initialzes your mailbox.

Thank you both! The mailbox has been initialized, but just for future reference, where do I enable "remote initialization"? I looked for it in the mailbox and couldn't find it.

After you log in to f983 press 77 then you get the option.
