InfoTip question

I need to provide more information in my InfoTip than what I am currently able to display (128 chars). I have found the method of changing what information is displayed for a particular type of file, but now I am wondering if the 128 Char limit can be changed? What I am trying to do is create a comment on an RDP File that will help users understand how to use it.

Is this really a XP problem, I'm sorry but I don't fully understand the problem. If you supplied more details someone may at least point you in the right direction, for example to a more appropriate forum.

The InfoTip is what displays information when you hover over a file. I had typed up some instructions in the Comments section of the Summary tab on an RDP Shortcut. I had modified the registry to only display the Comment field for RDP shortcuts thinking I would get some extra room. When hovering over the icon, only 128 chars show.

I was wondering if there was any way to increase the number of chars that show up in the bubble so that my users would see the entire set of instructions.
