informational mailbox

I work in a manufacturing plant. They want seasonal employees to call in and listen to a recording about available jobs. They also want to be able to change the recording daily. Does anyone know the best way to accomplish this without me having to change the message in the Meridian system.

Take a did number, create either an acd queue that ncfw's to mail, then build a general voicemail box with that number. The users than can update the greeting as need be.
Or build a phantom dn that points mail, same mail stuff.
