Information Store Storage limits defaults

I have set storage limits for individual users on the Limits tab of the individual mailbox properties.

On that tab there is a check box - Use information store defaults, but I cant find where to set or modify those defaults, can anyone point me to exactly how and where to find them?

If you look at the Private Information Store properties (Configuration/servername/Private Information Store). On the General page you can set the default limits.
