Information store sotrage limit

In Exchange Admin, click on Configuration, then Information Store Site COnfiguration, then on the Storage Warning tab. Here you get to select when (and how often) the server sends out the warning messages to anyone who is over their limits. And to anticipate your next question, no, you can't change the warning message they receive.
