Information Store service crashes periodically

Hi

Has anyone experienced this problem. We're running ms exchange 2003 with SP1.
We've called microsoft support and they email us a hotfix.
After applying the hotfix the problem still remains.

Any suggestions or solutions will be highly appreciated.

Monitor your VM counters. Most store crashes start there.
