INFORMATION FROM FORM TO DOCUMENT

Hi experts,
how can i send information from form (compile before inizialitation of workflow) to document attached in a workflow?

If the document is of mime type text you can read form data using oscript or database calls if form data is in tables if anything more is needed say like a ms office type you would have to write some java code and call from oscript or you would use CWS and suitable ms office drivers to do this.Another suggestion is to look at Document Properties Synchronization module and see if they offer your particular requirement.
In any case what you want is serious stuff which I think nobody would give you for free as it involves a lot of moving things do all in a you are looking for a solution than a few snippets of code
Since I Love oscript I would probably use the oscript to java bridge
Do post your responses either good or bad as the case maybe as this forum members are being very selfish just getting thir qns answered with absolutely no responses given for others who spend thir time preparing answers.That unfortunately should not be the way in a professional forum

If you are talking about moving data captured in a workflow form to the categories and attributes of a document attached to the same workflow, then there are a few modules that will do that for, such as XML Extentsions, alternatively, you can create an OScript event script - a workflow trigger type thing - to do the work for you.
