Info in the SLN File

I'm relatively new to ASP.NET. I am using VS 2005 to develop my website. I'm trying to figure out how to change the settings in my .SLN file using the VS interface. I cannot seem to find any corresponding menus or dialogs that affect the parameters in this file. EG: VirtualPath, PhysicalPath, TargetPath, etc.
