Info DB from Access 97 to 2000 ok?

We're running Info 7 MR1, and I'm trying to find out if we can upgrade that database that info uses to Access 2000. If I open cinfo.mdb in 2000, I'm asked if I want to convert that Access 97 database to 2000... If I choose to do this will everything still be ok in Info? I'll obviously take a backup of the 97 database, but if I have to restore it back to 97 can I just copy the db back to the original filename it was before?
