Inetinfo.exe hight CPU utilization 1

Hi there,
Does any one know why does Inetinfo.exe service is running 100% high cpu utilization on my OWA server? We have a server just running IIS and configured the Outlook web Access, but sometime the Inetinfo.exe takes all the CPU utilization. I must restart the IIS and it's fixed the problem. I don't want to keep doing it. WHAT IS A CAUSE?

I checked on Microsoft's site. Try looking at this info from there knowledge base.

Hopefully you will see something that might be causing it to use all the CPU up.
