inetinfo.exe dbg

My web services have been shut down twice in the last two days for some reason. Dr. Watson logs show the following, plus much more:

6/20/2:35:44
App: exe\inetinfo.dbg (pid=264)
Exception Number: c0000005 (access violation)

6/22/3:15:51
App: exe\inetinfo.dbg (pid=852)
Exception Number: c0000005 (access violation)

Any idea what these log files are telling me?

I am gettin the same, my ISS shuts down probably twice a day..

and I do not know what is causing it

Nicklieb, I ended up checking for updates and patches and applying the ones I hadn't done yet and that solved the problem. Just go to Microsoft and do the check for updates thing. I am not sure exactly which one cured the problem, but it did.
