Is there anyway to print a crystal report to PDF or RTF, but have a 10 records report produce 10 seperate files, and so on...

And also being able to assign a filename depending on record field.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

I suggest that you post your version of Crystal first, a basic requirement when requesting technical assistance.

There are 3rd party products that might assist with this, check out

he has a bursting application.

There are other products as well, but Crystal itself does not handle this unless you go to Crystal Enterprise and run 10 different parameterized instances, or 10 reports.

I'd recommend you look at third party products. Ken Hamady has a full list on his site including my cViewMANAGER and cViewSERVER schedulers.

We have a "multirun" feature that lets you run a report with different parameter values and send the output to different people. I think Ido has something similar in his scheduler.
