if you turn on the feature enhanced 911 you can get a print out, either hardcopy or a screen update everytime 911 is dialed.. other wise not unless you build a work around.. a trunk group with one trunk used just for 911 will give the operator a trunk group busy light... but that is just a work around and not a true feature
