Indiana time zone disaster

We have a number of users who didn't heed the warning about changing their time zone prior to the DST date, and now they have appointments that are showing an hour off. Does anyone know of a quick global fix? (for those who don't know, Indiana has not observed DST until this year, so our users are somewhat inexperienced in such matters)

Thanks in advance.

What application? If it's Excel, create another column and type in: (I'm assuming my time is in column A)
=A1+TIME(1,0,0)
then using the little square on the bottom right corner, when your mouse turns into a thin cross, drag down to propagate the formula. This is called autofill.

Are your user's networked? Your DC should be able to function as a time server - adjusting there should get everyone up to speed by the end of the day...

Windows seems to know about daylight savings time. At least all of my windows PCs always change themselves.

The application is Outlok 2000. The problem is Indiana has not observed DST until this year, so we actually had our own timezone. Now we are officially EST and switch to DST like most of the US. The DST switch was automatic as long as the users changed their timezones from INDIANA to EASTERN prior to Sunday morning, but some of our users didn't pay any attention to the memos, and now have a whole calendar full of wrong times.

Thanks.

Here’s the definitive answer Unfortunately what it says is that originators of appointments made before the time zone was changed on their systems must manually adjust those appointments occuring after DST takes effect.

Thanks, I had already seen that, but that deals with preventative measures. We sent out all the preventative suggestions, but Users don't listen, they'd rather call IS to fix it after they neglected to heed the warnings.

Thanks anyway.
