I am using MS Index server as a search engine for my website. When entering a search I get results back which include pages generated from MS frontpage Extensions.(eg. vti_encoding:SR|utf8-nl vti_timelastmodified:TR|01 Jul 2002 14:18:06 -0000 vti_extenderversion:SR|5.0.2.2623 vti_title..) I have excluded all of the "_vti.." directories from being indexed using IIS management and I still get these results. Is there a way to get more granular with what is and what is not included in the Index catalog? I eliminated filtering of Unknown documents so it would stop returning values for images, xml, and anything other then .htm. Currently the only folder being cataloged is the "default web site"
