We are thinging about converting from Quark to InDesign because we are going to begin laying out our magazine in six languages including Chinese, French, Spanish, German, English, and Italian. Will we have problems with the Chinese if we just want to place the content in a text box?

Thanks for your help.

Karen

Because InDesign is built on Unicode, you can enter Chinese into the Roman product if you've got a Chinese language kit. The composition, however, remains Roman.
