Hi, Im new to the BO suite . As far as i can see the BO repository is common to all the products (as is obvious) . Also BO2000 and WEBI are practically the same thing except that BO is client server and WEBI is web based ... Now do i need INFOVIEW for WebI or can i run WebI without it ? Also do i need to have Broadcast Agent or can i run WebI or BO without it ?

All products excepr email publisher use the same repository.
Broadcast Agent is only required if you plan to schedule the refresh/distribution of reports.
infoview is a module of webi so is required. Althoufh licenseing is eith on a server basis or named user basis.
