I am currently using Nero BackItUp2 to backup my user data to DVD. The problem is that I have nearly 20Gb of data so I'm using 5 DVDs and writing the entire data every time.

Is there a way I can change the DVD file system so I can make incremental backups? I remember Nero used to have an application called InCd which allowed you to use CDs like floppy disks. Is there a similar application available for DVDs? I'm sure I read somewhere that Windows XP can do this as standard.

Thanks in advance.
