Hello can anyone tell me how to increase voicemail capacity.
Is this somethin I will be able to do

Or perhaps does anyone know how to check to see if I have available ports for Mer mail?

available ports is not usually an option, if you go to the maint screen you'll see a port status, showing ports in use. larger capacity is done in the voice mail class of service for that mailbox.. go to the backup screen and you'll see harddrive space remaining, that will tell you if giving users more storage space is a good idea, when harddrive space if around 90 percent every caller will be told that the md is full.. if you have space, just look at the users class of service and go to the cos screen fron the main, and modify that cos limits.. another option is to make the users that need more space a personel cos, that is done in the user screen, just tab down to cos space over to to personal and use the more detail key to modify that single mb... i added a cos for exective, giving a few dozen unlimited space for storage. average users have 10 minutes wiht a 2 min limit and read msg go away after 7 days.. i have 32 ports for just less the 2000 users
