Increase the Taskbar Size - Fonts and Icons

Is there any way to increase size of the fonts and icons in the taskbar. Changing the screen resolution size is not an option, I like it just the way is is and the next smaller size is way too small.

Try this...
1. Open Notepad
2. Copy and paste the text below step 4
3. Save the file as .REG file
4. And now open the file you just save

"Shell Small Icon Size"="24"
