Increase mouse sensitivity beyond driver settings?

I currently have a Microsoft Explorer mouse with their 4.1 drivers. I woulld like to increase the sensitivity beyond the max setting I am able to via the drivers. I think I've seen programs or small utilities to do this but I can't seem to find any, I think it was to assist gamers but I can't quite remember. Any have one or know of such a creature? I'm currently running Windows XP Pro.
