Hi All,

I am fairly new to Accpac. We use version 5.5 in our company. In our Inventory reconciliation report the Quantity Variance is equal to the Quantity on hand. So for example:

Quantity on hand = 3
Quantity counted = 4
Quantity Variance = -3
any ideas on why this would be happening and how I could solve this.

When did you generate the inventory worksheets?

Run Data Integrity check with Fix Minor errors checked.

@ettienne the worksheet was generated Oct. 6

Before or after inventory count, at the time of the inventory count?
Were all transactions posted for September and none for October?

Before the inventory count, and posted for sept. none for oct.

Was the worksheet imported back into Accpac from an exported file?
