I've having some bother with headers being incorrectly displayed in Eudora.
When I use my multifuntion-printer-scanner with digital sending software the mfp sends the email with the following headers, for example
From: "=?utf-8?Q?name=20of=20sender?=" <mfp@my.domain.com>
Subject: =?utf-8?Q?Document=20attached?=
To: "=?utf-8?Q?destination@my.domain.com?=" <destination@my.domain.com>
X-HP-DIGITAL_SENDER: HP Digital Sender Service
When I send this email (with scanned attachment) to an Outlook user, or a Webmail user, the From, Subject, and To headers are displayed correctly. When I send this email to a Eudora user (Lite 4.x or Pro 4.3.2) the headers are displayed as above. Haven't yet tried PocoMail or Pegasus users.
It looks like Eudora is not understanding the Character set instruction UTF-8.
Any ideas about how I can fix this ?
Thanks
