I am using the Outlook Contacts folder for contact data in my Access Application. The problem is that when i use the link table wizard in Access, it doesnt pull the same fields all the time on different computers with identical setups. I need the table to bring over the 4 user fields that are supposed to come over by default when linking Outlook contacts folder to Access, but they dont all the time. On some computers they come over fine, but on others they dont even come over at all?? Anyone had experience with this? Im trying here before i pay to call microsoft..
