Got a customer in Austria. new system. Aperently they have a public numberplan where 2 digits are stuck behind the full number as the extension number.
so lets say customer number is 14012345 plus extension nr 10
Number becomes 1401234510, So inbound traffic will be sent to extension 10, from public. (I insert 45 so they can have 45xx as a 4 digit extensions internally.) This all works.
The other way around however, when they dial out it just sends out the number without the member extension.
I then changed 'public-unknown', it will still just send 14012345, never the extension number. This causes an incomplete number presentation at the called party end.(missing 2 digits at the end)
Issue is that their old pabx sends full number just fine,
so it is the Avaya that is not sending out the 'station'as part of the numberpresentation.. anyone got an Idea, or an example of a working 'public-unkown' used in Austria? maybe trunk settings/protocols too?
thanks
