Incomplete Frontpage Installation Launching

I'm not sure how it came about but for the past few days, each time I boot up my PC (running XP Pro SP2), the Windows Installer appears, attempting to load Frontpage. I don't recall trying to install it (although someone else has been using my PC off and on) but it's looking for a source to install files from. How do I kill this all together?

Try logging on as an Administrator and see if the same things happen?

While logged on as an Administrator have a look at this.
