Incomplete Contact as Attachment

If I access my Exchange (2003) email account via Outlook 2003 whilst on the Domain to view a contact attached by the sender, I see the complete contact details as intended.

If I access the same Exchange email account via Outlook 2003 via a POP3 interface to view the same contact attached to the same email, all I see is the notes section of the contact.

I have many users whose only method of accessing their Exchange mailbox is via a POP3 interface, so my question is, is there any way that they can see full contact details using a POP3 connection to the Exchange mailbox?
