Incomplete Arcserve backups

I have a directory on the server that is not included in the nightly backup job. The Activity log is reporting an incomplete job. I would think if I don't want to backup this directory the activity log would come back Finished and not Incomplete.

Any Ideas

Incomplete job is when one or more selected files are missed. If this directory is not selected or filtered out then it would not cause the incomplete status.
