Incompatibility with TEC 3.7, TDS 2.1 and DB2 6.1

Hi!
We are using a TEC 3.7, with DB2 6.1, and we installed TDS 2.1.
When we tried to recover information, and we got an error message of bad insertion.
The explanation was that the events associated with the rule in the TEC differs from TEC 3.6 and 3.7.
Is there any difference between version ?
