Is it possible to have 1 public number and allow a route to an extension depending on what the caller has dialled after the number?

Ie:
01234 567890#1111 - rings ext 1111
01234 567890#2222 - rings ext 2222
etc

?
Unit will be IPO500 and software - er R6 I think ... although I'll have to see what turns up tomorrow!

You can use the Auto Attendant, you will be allowed to dial 1111 after the message.

Or you could use subaddressing, if supported by the ISDN network

Auto attendant?

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

With AA you are allowed to enter the menu then (after the prompt or message) dial the extension number

Ta - I'll have a look at the AA then ...
