Incoming Only

We have a interensting problem. One of the phones all of the suddon when you press any button even the feature button on the phone it says incoming only. We reset the system and copied the data from one extension that is Identical back over to it and still no difference. I am trying to help someone remotely. Any thoughts?

You were right. the tech onsite found a sticky button and fixed the problem. Thank you
