Incoming Line Description

How/can you change the incoming line description? I wish to add some prefixs to the ANI and DNS stuff so that a recording system may pickup on those characters and begin recording.

I might be too vague. Can anyone help me out/ have questions?

If u are talking about the trunk name that it is picking up from your pbx, then u can change that by using the command " change trunk xxx" and change the name of the trunk, and "list trunk" to find the trunk. If it is a PRI trunk and some other trunks, u can send different digits to the pbx using the the same " change trunk xxx" and manipulate the digits in the area that talks about "delete" and "insert
