Happy New Year everyone.
I am having issues with DID #'s not ringing on more than 1 line setup on the phonesets. There are at least 2 intercom keys programmed on each set.
What is happening is I make a test call to the users DID #, they will answer the line but when the 2nd test call to the DID # is placed it will go to the automated attendant main greeting.
I have tested by calling the main line to the office and both calls ring on the set.
Any suggestions?
