Incoming DID calls

Happy New Year everyone.

I am having issues with DID #'s not ringing on more than 1 line setup on the phonesets. There are at least 2 intercom keys programmed on each set.
What is happening is I make a test call to the users DID #, they will answer the line but when the 2nd test call to the DID # is placed it will go to the automated attendant main greeting.
I have tested by calling the main line to the office and both calls ring on the set.

Any suggestions?

Did you set the number of appearances on the target line to 2?

I made the changes but had to wait for the user to get back to me with regards to the test calls.

make sure DID trunks are prime to none and target lines are primed to assigned sets and not in service mode and not being picked up by AA
