Hi All,

I have a route programmed that I want only outgoing calls to be made on these lines. I want to restrict callers from coming in over this route. I have programmed the route as an OGT, and I have specified NO at the AUTO prompt. However, when the numbers for those lines are dialed I get in and I am routed to the attendant. Can this be prevented. I only want outgoing traffic on these lines. Calling in should be blocked.

you can't block calls to a two way trunk, you can have the carrier block them or make them auto and set the atdn to a disconnected msg.. because the provider has the built as two way, they are two way, the switch can be flagged ogt, that by fed regs does not control or block calls
