INCOMING CALLS NOT GETTING THRU

WE HAVE AN OPTION 61C I JUST NOTICE OUTSIDE AND INCOMING ARE SHOWING THE NAME AND NUMBER, AND WHEN THE USER PICKS UP THE CALL , NO ONE IS THERE. THE THEY CALL RIGHT BACK AND THE CALL GOES THRU. EXPERIENCING ON MANY TYPES OF PHONES. ANY HELP. THANKS TDOG

Could be a problem with a specific channel or channels on your pri, although rare. I assume you are using pri. Test many times using LD 80 to determine which channel you are connected to and see if there is a common denominator(s).

WE HAVE 2 PRI' BUT IT'S HAPPENING IN HOUSE NUMBERS, WE HAVE ARE INTERNAL DIALING PLAN ALSO.

try to isolate the problem to a card or (61 or 81) controller, network card of even a processor, if your in a core switch, ld 135 scpu and see if it is side related..
