Hi guys,

I have two records with the same Line Group Id.
Line Group ID 1 ->Destination= Hunt Group
Line Group ID 1 ->Destination= Extension ?? NOT WORKING.

This isn´t implemented yet but I want to send phone calls from a specific number to a extension and others to the Hunt.
So I've paste the number on Incoming Number, Incoming Sub Address and Incoming CLI.

According to the trace

1554593001mS CMTARGET: 4.5.1 5824 Alog Trunk:4: AMBIGUITY: match=xxxxxxxxxxxx dest=xxx

And the phone call goes to the Hunt.

Is there any way to setup this ?

IP Office 500 v2 7.0.32

Cheers,

Then the incoming CLI does not match completely.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

But I can see the same number here:

Called[] Type=Unknown (0) Reason=CMDRdirect SndComp Calling[xxxxxxxxxx] Type=Unknown Plan=ALOG Pres=Allowed (0)

Is a priority thing ?

Nope, it just follows the best match. That is it.

So this isn´t possible to do: send a certain phone number to an extension, if not go to the hunt.

Yes that is possible.

You ICR is configured wrongly

1) sub address should be left blank (i have over 2000 systems on maintenance & have never found a requirement that needs this set!)

2) the trace shows you are on analog trunks so incoming number should also be left blank

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
