Incoming Call Route with CallCentric

Want to route 100 CallCentric DID's to 100 distinct destinations on IPO.
Having trouble figuring how to configure CallCentric/IPO such that the DID's, once programmed into the Incoming Call Route on the IPO, will be routed to the desired Destinations.

ICR will process a call if the Incoming Number field has an individual extension number, such as 17772223333, programmed.
Hopefully I don't have to program 100 separate SIP Lines on the IPO.

In the SIP line configuration set the parameter "Local URI" to *, this will send all incoming calls to the ICR table.
Use the MSN Configuration tool from the tools menu in Manager to program a range of incoming numbers.
